More Energy Displacement...

In case you've missed it, as China's energy needs continue to grow at an expoential rate construction has begun on a new dam along the Yangtze river. Good news on this one is that it only displaces 100,000 to 150,000 people instead of the 1.3 million displaced from the Three Gorges project.
